Pork Sinigang w/ love

I love romantic dinner, so last night I cooked ”Pork Sinigang with Love” for my husband.

Jacob's Dinner: Pork Sinigang with Love

1 small onion, chopped
3 spoons Fish Sauce
4 tomatoes, cut into 4
1 pound bone-in pork chops
4 cups water or rice wash, more if needed
1 pack Sinigang Mix with gabi
3 piece Chili (optional)
1/2 pound string beans
1 piece of gabi (optional)
1 piece radish
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional, depending on your taste bud)

1. In a pot, Add pork and fish sauce then add the rice wash. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes then add the gabi. Continue to simmer for another 15 minutes or until the pork is tender.

2. Add the radish and Sinigang mix then simmer for 10 minutes then add the string beans, and chili (for spice-optional). Let boil for 2 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes let simmer for 5 minutes and smash them when they become tender

4. Add salt to taste

5. Decorate your plate with tomatoes, chili and string beans.

6. Remember to give your partner a kiss before serving it..
