Hot Night with Adobong Manok

Hot Night with Adobong Manok

1 lb. chicken
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
small (1 x1″) ginger (depending on your taste bud)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper (or 1 tsp. peppercorn)
3/4 cup coconut milk
chili (depending on how hot you are)
1 tbsp. oil

1. In a pot, Add the chicken until becomes oily.
2. Remove the water and leave some oil from the chicken.
3. Brown the chicken.
4. Combine the water from the chicken, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt (to taste) and pepper (or peppercorn).
5. Continue simmering until chicken is tender.
6. Pour coconut milk and add the chili.
7. Cook for another few more minutes to thicken the sauce.
8. Serve hot, decorate with chilies (to make it hotter)
9. Don’t forget to wear a hot dress.
